Is it formed that way on purpose? Will there be any secrets behind it?
After its journey out of the solar system, NASA’s spacecraft Voyager reached its next destination, Saturn, but its cameras could only see the side facing Earth.
It looks too regular, which is unnatural, and we don’t find anything like it on other planets in the solar system.
But NASA downplayed the discovery, explaining it simply by saying it was just a weather pattern.
Since people were just curious at the time and couldn’t observe it in other ways, it gradually forgot about it.
In June 2004, the Cassini space probe reached Saturn,
It has direct access to the dark side of Saturn’s north pole.
To see where Voyager can’t, Cassini can go to the extreme.
Looking down from the pole, the infrared camera sent back a view that surprised NASA scientists. The giant hexagon was still there, not moving at all in 30 years.

This time they also observed something else, there are some clouds moving regularly on the top of the hexagon,
It’s as if it’s a track and then they turn around the track and then into the next straight, like something is organizing it.
Is there some kind of wisdom behind it? It’s more of an artificial structure than a random weather pattern.
For some potential alien civilizations, huge structures like these could be used to exploit natural resources, which are critical to space travel.
What is needed in interstellar travel is propellant, and Saturn is a perfect place to collect fuel.
Its atmosphere is 75% hydrogen, which also contains helium III, which may be the gas that will be used in the future.
What if Saturn was actually a giant gas station?
It’s hard for us to understand how it does it, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be implemented by civilizations more advanced than ours.
Many people have tried to say that this is an alien feature unique to Saturn, but scientists have tried to give a natural explanation. Professor Peter Reid built a model to study this anomaly.

We can illustrate this by adding some green dye to the jar.
The dye moves around the jar, forming the six sides of the hexagon.
This seems to explain, but it was found that these vortices maintain the straight sides of the hexagon, and we do not see any vortices on those straight segments of Saturn. It’s really a mystery why it formed.
